Beng Mealea & Koh Ker Temple

Beng Melea temple built during 12th century at about the same time as Angkor Wat temple. Koh Ker temple the capital city of the Khmer (928-944).

What You Can Expect

Start tour at your accommodation (Hotel or Guest House) at 8:00AM for 2 hours drive to the northeast of Siem Reap along the countryside (130Km) to visit the group of Koh Ker temples, built during the reign of king Jayavarman IV (928-940), which was serve as the Capital of Khmer Empire in 10th Century.

 

After busy couple hours in the morning around 12:30PM we’ll have lunch at a local restaurant.

 

After lunch already around 1:00PM or 1:30PM in the afternoon we’ll drive back to visit Beng Melea temple, one of the mysterious temples of Angkor. The sprawling jungle temple covering over one square kilometer is largely overrun by vegetation. It really is amazing! Tour will be finished when we return to your hotel around 5:00PM.

 

*** Time to start tour require to start at 8:00AM and tour will be finished before or by or around 5:00PM which depend on the programs in itinerary or level/pace that you will spend at every temples. When tour start our tour guide and driver will come to pick you up from your hotel lobby then you have to be ready already in the lobby at this time also.
